2024年の夏ごろだったでしょうか、ラジオである曲が流れてきました。
私は英語が完璧に理解できるわけではないので、断片的に聞き取れる歌詞から、恋に落ちる瞬間を描いた曲だろうな、とは推測できました。
そして、後から歌詞を調べて衝撃を受けました。
It was around the summer of 2024 when I heard a song on the radio.
I don’t fully understand English, but from the words I caught, I guessed it was about falling in love.
Later, when I looked up the lyrics, I was shocked.
恋に落ちる瞬間の、世界が急にきらめくような、ワクワクするような気持ち。
それと同時に、上手くいかなかったらどうしよう、また傷付くかもしれないという不安。
大事な場面をlalalaで表現してしまう感じ。
ちょっとズルい！でも最高！
自分の中の恋心に気付いた瞬間の期待、不安、なんとも言えない温かい気持ちがピタッと言い表されていて、驚くと同時に感動しました。
さらに、高鳴る鼓動と途中で急に光が差すようなサウンドも、気持ちを高めてくれます。
恋に落ちるって、儚くて、切なくて、そしてものすごく美しいなって思わせてくれた楽曲です。

At the same time, there’s that little fear: What if it doesn’t work out? What if I get hurt again?
Using “lalala” to cover up the most important part of the lyrics…
A bit sneaky! But absolutely brilliant!
The song really shows the mix of excitement, fear, and that warm feeling when you realize you’re in love.
It surprised me and moved me at the same time.
The heartbeat-like rhythm and the sudden burst of light in the sound make the emotions even stronger.
This song made me realize— falling in love is fragile, bittersweet, and incredibly beautiful.
